Growing up, Amber developed a strong work ethic and a diverse skill set through active involvement in her family's business. From operating equipment in the field to meticulously reconciling credit card statements, she gained hands-on experience that would later contribute to her success.
Following her high school graduation, Amber pursued her academic journey in Business and Finance at Kansas State University. It was during her time at the university that she distinguished herself by becoming an Enrolled Agent (EA). This federally authorized credential, bestowed by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, enables her to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) on a variety of tax-related issues, including audits, collections, and appeals.
Beyond her professional achievements, Amber is deeply committed to giving back to her community. She currently serves as the treasurer on the board of Distinguished Young Women of Kansas, Inc., showcasing her dedication to supporting and empowering young individuals. Additionally, she is actively involved in the Blair Center for the Arts.
